CENV C.A.R.E.S.
Community Assistance and Response to Exigent Situations
CENV C.A.R.E.S. is an initiative by Community Empowerment Northern Virginia (CENV) designed to support families facing financial hardship in Loudoun County and surrounding areas. C.A.R.E.S. extends our reach beyond regular drives by providing direct assistance to individuals experiencing a loss of income or increased expenses within the past six months.
What We Help With
CENV C.A.R.E.S. has provided support in areas such as:
Rental payments
Car payments
Short-term financial relief
Each application is reviewed case-by-case to ensure fair and equitable distribution of support.

Free Referral Services
Since 2011, we have helped single mothers and low-income households find essential services by connecting them with local resources. We help you find what you need—from housing and employment to healthcare and education.

Youth Empowerment: Empowerment Home for Youth
CENV also supports a residential program for youth, offering:
A nurturing and safe living environment.
Focus on mental, physical, and emotional wellness.
Exposure to academic support, cultural enrichment, extracurricular activities, and volunteer opportunities
